Terms of Service

1. Your agreement
Leafin is operated by Aravind Chakravarthy Yerramsetti, based in the United Kingdom. These terms govern your use of Leafin’s learning, matching and collaboration services. Contact support@joinleafin.com with questions. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. Select “Agree and continue” only if you agree. If you do not agree, sign out and do not use the member services.
2. Your account and conduct
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and report suspected misuse. Do not impersonate others, harass, discriminate, threaten, spam, infringe rights, upload malicious files or code, attempt unauthorised access, or misuse another member’s information. Follow Circle and Lab permissions. Do not share passwords, confidential employer information or personal information about others without permission.
3. Learning and recommendations
Members describe their own skills and experience. Recommendations, compatibility estimates, learning evidence and AI responses are aids to learning, not verified qualifications or guarantees of suitability, accuracy, employment or learning outcomes. Check outputs before relying on them. The platform does not replace professional medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice. Take reasonable precautions when meeting people in person.
4. Your work and collaboration
You keep ownership of content you create. You give Leafin permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features and sharing choices you use. Share only material you have the right to share. Circle members may view and use shared work for the agreed collaboration; they receive no automatic right to publish, sell or reuse it elsewhere. Agree separately on ownership and permitted reuse of joint projects. Do not record or redistribute calls, screen shares or another person’s work without their permission.
5. Privacy and optional permissions
The Privacy Notice explains account and service data. Accepting these terms is not blanket consent to data processing, marketing, location access, camera or microphone use. Optional permissions are requested separately. Do not upload sensitive information that is unnecessary for your learning activity.
6. Availability and safety
Features may change and may be temporarily unavailable. Keep copies of important work. We may restrict accounts or content when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal obligations. You can report concerns to support@joinleafin.com and ask for a review of an account restriction. We will explain restrictions where reasonably possible, except where doing so would compromise safety or legal requirements.
7. Leaving, purchases and responsibility
You can stop using Leafin and request account deletion through your profile or privacy@joinleafin.com. Some records may need to be retained as explained in the Privacy Notice. Any paid feature must show its price and additional terms before you choose to purchase it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer or data protection law, or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Changes and applicable law
We will publish dated updates and ask you to accept material changes before continuing to use member services. English law applies, subject to mandatory protections in your country of residence. These terms do not prevent you from bringing a claim in a court available to you under applicable law. Contact us first where possible so we can try to resolve a concern.
